Eight guys in hotel rooms for a month runs about three times what a furnished house does. And nobody can cook.
We housed a crew of 10 in one Tampa house for 187 straight nights.
Ten guys, one house, six months. The crew lived like they were home, not like they were on the road.

The space was perfect for my work crew. They all had a positive stay and asked for us to rebook the same location for their next work trip in the area!

We had a great experience with this host across two different properties they manage. They were proactive, attentive, and always willing to help whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Any requests or minor repairs were handled quickly and efficiently, which made our stay smooth.

Third stay · 2025
This is the third time we stay with them. If a 6 stars review existed, I would give it to them. Their rate is the best in the region. Jacob has always been willing to help me resolve issues in record time.
